  2. Your contacts here will be born and bred South Africans working out of Dragonfly’s Jo’burg and Cape Town offices. They are true industry experts in their own geographic area.  They will work UK friendly office hours.
  3. Every Dragonfly Africa client will be met at either Jo’burg or Cape Town Airports upon arrival from the UK by one of our representatives who will introduce themselves as your client’s contact while they are here.  This representative will also personally hand them all relevant documentation.
  4. Every client whose booking is worth £3,500.00 per person or more, will be met at the door of the aircraft by a Representative from a Company we work with, that has priority clearance at Jo’burg and Cape Town Airports.  This Representative will escort your clients and fast-track them through, linking them up with our own Representative in the arrivals area.
  5. We will contact your clients during their stay just to check that everything is as it should be and will report back to you.
    1. Provisional bookings will be held for two weeks as a default position and all availability will be checked before prices are given.  Prices will be held firm if bookings are confirmed within that time.
